I've tried hard mounting, soft mounting and in between.  The in between with medium stiffness rubber balls seemed to work best for me.  Balanced motors and props also make a considerable difference.

I hard mounted the camera seem to make a big difference. I forgot the props are balanced.

Ya Dave I got it pretty high. I think I will try it just to see what happens. That is the way my 450 is mounted.  :showing-ass: :b0201: :b0201: :t2030:

Wow Murry, you got pretty high up for LOS (line of sight), I just can't get that high with mine, can't see well enough...  :b0201: :t2030: :t2030:

Did you balance the props when you balanced the motors???? If not, you need to....

I know most everyone else mounts there cameras with some type of rubber, but all my videos shot from the Quad(s) have all ways been hard mounted, basically I just Velcro them and that's it....  :t1815:

Hi Tom I have really sponge rubber under my camera. Do you think that could be making more jello. I have some rubber like you would put under a gyro, think that would improve the jello effect.  :b0708: :coolguy: :scratching_chin1:

These 3 videos were taken after balancing the motors. It improved jello a little, but still has some.

Well don't know if it is right or not but it is done. I will find out when I try to fly it. That want be until tomorrow. I will mount my camera on it to see if jello goes away.   :t2980: :t2980: :t2030:

Good luck with the flight!  Balancing the motors may not remove all the jello, but it will certainly help.
