I don't have any of them here so I can't measure between the motors, but it stretches out to just over 5' and the props are 26".

I'll say one thing for you Gary, you have brass balls flying that thing in that wind.  :b0201:
Great video though and some seriously good flying, Thanks for sharing.

I am getting the itch to get back another helicopter, I am not even close to your level but I'm thinking of getting the Wltoys helicopter and the module for my Taranis QX 7. Probably be a winter thing next year, do some indoor flying.

hehe.. thanks Bigal, i like to fly helicopter with some wind :)

i started with a belt cp v2 to learn real flying, my first heli was a double rotor heli for inside. this Wltoys helicopter Looks fun, comparable with a honnyBee from Esky i guess. that remembers me the good old time with the myRCguide :)

FPV / FPVfreerider quad simulator
« Last post by Bigal1951 on June 21, 2018, 03:48:40 PM »
I just came across this FPV quad simulator and the full blown copy is only 5 bucks but they have a free demo that works really good. You can use your regular transmitter with it, there are videos on Youtube of how to configure you're radio to work with this software. I purchased the full blown copy and I'm having a blast with it. I don't know how realistic it is but it seems like the real deal. Here are the links to the software and the Youtube setup for FrSky radios. Let me know what you think.   :t2030:

Glad to hear you guys are having fun!  I haven't done any flying just for fun in far to long.  Maybe this will inspire me to get back into it again.

Go for it Tom.   :t2030:
