Taranis module
« on: September 09, 2017, 01:41:15 AM »
is there a DSM, DSMX, DSM2 module for the Taranis to use with BNF aircraft? or do I need the orange module & Rx for PNP?

Not sure--been a while since I've looked around for that kind of thing.  I do have the orange module, but so far I've only used it with the orange RX.  That said, I don't see why it shouldn't work with other DSMX or DSM2 receivers.

There are a couple of mods that integrate DSMX into the Taranis circuitry but you prolly don't want to go there :b0201:

Orange is still the easiest.

Tom, I didn't what to wait that long for it coming from China. BUT after thinking about it I canceled the one from eBay the seller was ok with it  :t2030: so I ended up ordering the one off HK. the wait is worth saving $30+ bucks. thanks for posting that  :t2030:
